The Pensions Regulator Letters

As part of Workplace Pension Auto-Enrolment, all employers must have a pension scheme in place for eligible employees and compliance with this is overseen by The Pensions Regulator.  You will probably receive letters from The Pensions Regulator reminding you of your duties and actions that need to be taken, such as your declaration of compliance and re-enrolment.  Please be assured that we will administer all pension duties on your behalf, this is included in our payroll service.  There’s no need to forward the letter or notifications you have been sent from The Pensions Regulator as we will also be sent copies as your agent.
