From April 2024 the National living wage (NLW) and the national minimum wage (NMW) are increasing. As an employer you need to make sure that all your employees earn at least the NMW.

In April 2024 there is  a change in the age bands for the NMW, as a new band ‘Age 21 and over‘ replaces  ‘Age 21 to 22’ and ‘Age 23 and over’, thus lowering the age that the National living wage is received.
