Whichever method you prefer, please make sure that when you contact us you provide the name the account is set up in and the account reference number to help us find your record.

The account name and reference is on all letters and invoices that we send you – and using it will prevent unnecessary delays. Please check with us in your next communication if you are not sure of your reference.

Our team are dedicated to help you pay your employees accurately and on time, however we do require clients to adhere to the payroll deadlines and three day processing schedule.

Please be aware that due to GDPR we are only authorised to speak to the client or their approved contacts, and are not able to speak directly to employees or family members when the employer is not present.

Payroll deadlines and pay dates are always available on our website should your employees wish to check.

Unfortunately we are unable to assist with queries and questions you have regarding your Local authority funding and agreements – and you will need to contact the local authority directly regarding these matters.  We are not able to do this on your behalf.

Any contractual or HR issues regarding your employees should be referred to your insurance provider who will have a dedicated HR helpline with qualified staff to assist you.
