Personal Data


As an employer, it is important that you keep us up to date with any changes in personal data for your staff such as their address, name (particularly if they have married) or email address.

As an employer, we also need you to keep us updated if any of your own details change.

If you have a managed account with us (i.e. dhpayroll make payments to your staff etc.) then we must also be informed of changes to bank accounts and ensure that we have the correct account holder name, for example employee name is Harry Potter but bank account name is Mr H J Potter.

Please be aware that we can only discuss details regarding payroll with the registered employer or their approved contact. If you would like to nominate an approved contact (other than support service or funding body), then please get in touch with us so we can provide the form to be completed.

Please note that the team are unable to give net pay information or personal data over the phone.

A good way to check the data is correct is to check the information on the payslips and documents we send you. Also ask your employees to let you know if their details change.

If you or your employees notice any discrepancies, or are aware of any changes, please let us know as soon as possible.
